As founder members of the Insolvency Network we are committed to raising awareness with individuals and businesses on the benefits of receiving free support and guidance and providing greater information to wider audiences.

Our Mission

Managing a business can be a challenging and stressful experience at the best of times. When the business is facing financial challenges the stress can be unbearable for any company director. Outstanding invoices, HMRC demands, letters and phone calls are constant. Everyday becomes a battle. By raising awareness of the issues struggling businesses face, and providing a free to access resource for help and guidance, we aim to provide practical guidance tailored to your specific needs. Your business will have options, and not every company needs to close.

Everyone's debt problem and situation is different

The Business Debt Helpline was set up as a dedicated source of guidance to struggling business, to ensure business owners and directors get the advice and help they need, when they need it.

Every business is different and requires a tailored solution to achieve the best possible outcome for all involved.

Equally not all Insolvency Practices are the same, some specialise in dealing with self employed IVA's, others are experts at dealing with commercial insolvencies whilst some are set up to deal with a high volume of relatively straightforward personal debt cases.

Likewise, not everyone needing help is the same. Some prefer a face to face meeting, with an advisor visiting them at home. Others prefer to deal with an advisor who will advise them over the phone and send any paperwork through the post.
